Safety Devices

Safety Valve

Activated in case of an overpressure exceeding 45 mbar. Excess flow is released to the atmosphere from the vent hole.

VSI (OPSO) – Optional

Activated in case of a significant peak in the operating pressure only when the safety valve is no longer able to handle the excess flow.

Flow limiter

The device is triggered in case of an insufficient pressure supply (Default on distribution network) or by excess flow (A domestic device is disconnected by accident).
